the baptist catechism
We are committed to teaching OVC children, youth and adults the truths of God’s Word. One of the ways we do this is through attending theological truths as they addressed in doctrinally sound catechisms. Most of us did not grow up studying catechisms. However catechisms remain a very useful way to think through complex theological truths.
We recommend using The Baptist Catechism, which has been around for around 329 years. The Baptist Catechism has one hundred-fourteen questions and answers. We will give attention to all of these over time. We will continue to post our catechism for the week in our weekly worship guides.
